Premier Division League Cup Semi Final
League leaders U.C.C had a easy win over Benfleet Rangers. A goal up at the out 4.0 winners. Bardsley, Ferguson, Grant and Van Der Meer netting Division One Ferrers Athletic saw off Focus Ferrers 5-0 after leading 1-0 at half time, Ally Hutchison netting three. Goals from Gary Adams and David Adams and David Dunn gave Frenford Senior 'A; a 2-1 home win over Sparta Basildon. Division Three Mundon Vics were 2-1 up at the interval at home to Beacon Hill Rovers Reserves through Brett Smith and Kevin Gower. The visitors had a good second half scoring twice to win 3-2. Jack Smith and John Scott both defenders and Rozi 'Junior' Bastos for Beacon Hill. Division Four Rob Gregory continued his good goal scoring form for Durning scoring 5 in a 7-2 win over Frenford Senior 'B' who shared 2 goals at half time. Goody and Mackrow also netted for Durning. U.C. Brentwood had a 3-1 win at White Hart Reserves, both sides scored in the first half. Callum David for the home side, the winners goals from Dries de Costa (2) and Dan Yardley. Division Five John Kidd (4), Lee Adams (2) and Andrews Reeves scored to send Real Maldon home with a 7-0 loss on a visit to Extreme. Division Six Laindon Orient Reserves shared the goals around beating visitors U.C.C. Reserves 7-0 after changing over 3 up. Jay Leonard scored twice for the winners. A 11 goal thriller between Teagan Athletic and Parkway Sports saw Sports run out 6-5 winners after leading 3-2 at half time. Gary Grant's second half equalising goal, saw U.C.C. gain a point at home to Great Baddow and put his side back on top of the league a goal difference from Little Waltham.
Mark Stratton and Chris O'Kane scored first half goals for SFC Billericay at Benfleet Rangers to give the Visitors a 2-1 win.
Nicky Arnold and Richard Longslow were on target for Scotia Billericay in their 2-0 home win over Beacon Hill Rovers. Division One AFC Cranham hit 8 without reply at home to Ferrers Athletic. Four goals in each half for Cranham, Berry (3), Swash (2), Parlour (2) and Nickollis for the home side. Writtle Manor were 3-0 up after half time at Focus Ferrers and ran out 4-0 winners. Two goals for Martin Mixture. Stifford Town beat Visitors Sparta Basildon 5-0. Lawrence (2), Meadows Robinson and Martin netting. Division Two Manford Way won a high scoring game at home to Stags Head 7-3 after being 3-1 up at the break. Cook, Lavin and Hampsome netted 2 each, Gershin scored twice for the Visitors. Paul Christodoulou scored 4 in Debden Sports 6-0 home win over Boreham. Boyce and Falconer also on target for Debden. Division Three Goals galore in the local Derby at Latchingdon who surprised Tillingham by winning 7-6 after being 5-1 up at half time. Matt Caulston scored 2 for the winners. Saltwell with 3 for Tillingham. Rob Harvey (2) and Paul Broadbent gave Benfleet Rangers Res. a 3-0 win at Harold Wood Res. John Curson gave Beacon Hill Rovers Res. a 2-0 interval lead at home to Braintree & Bocking Res., but the Visitors were back for a 3-2 win with goals from Crow penalty, Harris and a late Chris Putt strike. Division Four Epping beat visitors White Hart Utd Res. 4-1. Wooley, Carl Higgs and Stanford (2) for Epping. Three goals from the sport for Laindon Orient including one from goalie Josh Knight, before the game against Visitors Mayland Phoenix was abandoned in the closing stages, with Orient winning 8-1 ! Division Five St, Cleres 'A' and Visitors Beacon Hill Rovers 'A' shared 6 goals, Brown, Milsom and Evans for St. Cleres. Gibson, Miles and Rob Smith for Rovers, who were 1-0 down at half time. A first half spot kick from Joe Deer gave Little Waltham victory over U.C.C. Braintree & Bocking went down to Silver End, despite a stunning volley from Sam Harle which equalised to home sides first half goal, but Silver End snatched a late winner to come out on top 2-1. Goals from Haydon and Tregunno saw St. Cleres to a 2-1 home win over Rhodesia. SFC Billericay went down to a 4-1 loss at home to Scotia Billericay. Chris O'Kane for SFC and Nicky Arnold saw the scores level at the break, David Hollis penalty and 2 more from Arnold sealed Scotia's win. Division One League Cup Group B Sparta Basildon and Stifford Town shared 2 goals, Jordan Hemingway for Sparta, Kenyon for the Visitors. AFC Cranham and Swan Mead also shared 2 goals, Frost in the first half for Cranham, and Tindall replying for the Visitors. Essex Junior Cup Round Four
Braintree & Bocking gained some revenge for last seasons final defeat by knocking out holders Kelvedon Hatch Res 3-2 after extra time. Visitors Braintree found themselves 2-0 down just after the break but Arkley and Lock goals forced extra time and in the final seconds of the second period of extra time, Adam Madgett netted the winner.
St. Cleres went through with a 4-2 win at Alresford Colne Rangers Res, Cox scoring 3 of their goals.

Martin Mixtures goal gave Writtle Manor a 1-0 win at Stifford Town.
St. Cleres Reserves beat Mayland Phoenix 7-3 after sharing 6 goals at the break, Turnbull (3), Greaves (2), Tremaine and Walker netting. Adam Norris, Fletcher and Troy on the Visitors goals.

Division Two Chris Flindall (2) and Nick Cownden (2), put Little Waltham Res 4 up at half time, at home to Old Chelmsfordians, Cownden with a fine solo effort wrapped up at 5-0 win after the break. Division Three Shelley Royals were 3-0 down at half time to Visitors Mundon Vics, but came sporting back to win 4-3 with goals from Perry (2), Horne and Poulter. Stock edged out Visitors Benfleet Rangers Res 2-1, all the goals in the first period. Pepper and Marc Holdell for Stock, Ryan Dobson for Benfleet. Premier Division U.C.C. had a 7-1 home win over Silver End after being 2-0 up at half time. John Delacy back from his studies scored 3, other goals coming from Schultz, Ferguson an own goal and Allen.
Little Waltham scored a last minute goal at Scotia Billericay to win 2-1. David Hollis gave Scotia a half time lead, but was later red carded. Aaron Gothard equalised and Ryan Ince netted the last gasp winner for the Visitors.
Great Baddow won 4-1 at Beacon Hills, 2-0 up at the break the Baddow goals came from Snell, Mead, Nelson and Cross. Division One Hutton had a 5-0 home win over Focus Ferrers who were 4 down at the interval. Sansom netting 4 for Hutton. Division Two Battlesbridge had a very good 3-1 win over visitors Debden Sports Club. Alex Shields put them 2-1 in front a the break and completed a fine hat trick in the second half. After a scoreless first half Benfleet Rangers just managed to beat visitors Beacon Hill Rovers 3-2 with goals from Gleeson, Ashley and a superb individual effort from Stuart Patten. Keiron Parkes second half goal gave visitors St. Cleres a very good win at Great Baddow. SFC Billericay won 3-1 at Rhodesia after being 2-1 up at the break, Chris O'Kane, Mark Stratton from the spot and Nick Hughes for the visitors. Madgett pulled a goal back for Waltham before the break but sub Dan Booty with his first touch hit Baddow's fourth. The competition always produces shock results and after round three there are only 2 Premier Division sides left. Laindon orient continued their giant killing form winning 2-1 at Beacon Hill Rovers after extra time. The visitors were 1 up at the break through Ashley Blackburn. Dave Shelley equalised but Gary O'Flynn's extra time goal won it for Orient. Swan Mead put out Great Baddow 3-2 after going 3 up at the interval through Craig Evans, Sean Merchant and Craig Gentle. Baddow hot back with goals from Flack and Spreadbury but the visitors held on for victory. Debden Sports won 3-0 at Shelley Royals with second half goals from James Bolton, Martin Love and Scott Falconer. SFC Billericay won 5-3 at Shelley Royals at home to Basildon Athletic after going in 3-2 at the break. Carruthers (2), Hegarty, Dan Smith and a own goal for the winners. St. Cleres won 3-1 at home to Benfleet Rangers. Gisby, Nolan and Turner for St. Cleres, Stuart Patten replying for Benfleet.

Last Seasons Finalists Braintree & Bocking made progress with a 5-1 home win over Stambridge Reserves, a goal down at the break Braintree came back strongly with goals from Fred Harle 2, Dave Morgan 2 and Mitchell. In the all Premier Division clash SFC Billericay edged out Rhodesia 3-2. Rhodesia were 2-0 down at the break. Chris O'Kane 2 and Mark Stratton for the visitors, Karl Swanson replying for Rhodesia. St. Cleres saw off visitors Heath Park, with Haydon scoring twice in a 5-0 win. Scotia Billericay were a goal down at the break but won 2-1. Richard Rainglow equalised and with his first touch sub Nicky Arnold scored what turned out to be the winner to send visitors Millhouse Social home defeated.
Essex Junior Trophy Round Three
Battlesbridge were 3-0 up at half time at home to Real Dagenham shared 10 goals at full time and won 8-6 after extra time. Payle and Shields scoring 3 each for the winners Mayland Phoenix beat visitors Potter Street 2-0 with goals from Danny Morgan and Kevin Troy. An extra time goal from Turnbull saw St. Cleres Reserves to a 1-0 win at Manford Way Reserves. Trigg 2 and Robson netted for Hutton in a 3-1 win at Little Waltham Reserves. Writtle Manor won 2-0 at Coryton Athletic, first half goals coming via an own goal and Martin Mixture. Stevens, Robinson, Engwell and Martin gave Stifford Town a 4-0 home win over Barnsford Hurricanes.

Dave Morgan gave them a interval lead, Benfleet equalised but goa;s from Kurt Mitchell, Paul Ansell (penalty) and Morgan again sealed the victory. Harold Wood were a goal down to visiting Rhodesia at half time but scored 3 unreplied goals to win 3-1. Granger (2) and Barford scoring in the second half come back. Braintree & Bocking got of to a good start winning 6-1 at Shenfield Association Reserves, after going behind they ran out easy winners with Fred Harle scoring 3 times. Lee Sellick's goal saw Great Baddow see off visitors London APSA Reserves. Rob Topley scored twice in a 4-1 win for Benfleet Rangers at Colchester Athletic. Gardner and Hart also on target. Little Waltham and Brampton Park Reserves shared 6 goals at full time but Waltham netted 3 times in extra time to come away 6-3 winners. Ian Magic (3), Aaron Gothard, Jordan Wright and a own goal for Waltham. Rhodesia needed extra time to edge out William Fitt 4-3. Ednett, Farrington, Fred Gold and Turner for the home side. Harold Wood winning 4-2 in the shoot out. Matt Baker scored the Harold Wood goals, Jones and McCormack replying. Stifford Town won 7-0 on a trip to Steeple Bumpstead Reserves. Braintree & Bocking were 2 up after only 3 minutes at Beacon Hill Rovers, a Dace Morgan strike after a minute was followed by Fred Harle's goal. Harle scored again before the interval to complete the scoring, although the visitors did see a red card in the second half. Scotia Billericay continue to struggle going down 2-1 at Harold Wood. Kieron Walker in the first half and Craig Johnson for the winners. Little Waltham had a good win at St. Clere's returning home with victory 2-1. Battlesbridge had a hard game against last weeks opposition Old Chelmsfordian's only winning 2-1, goals from Playle and Hare. Ally Smith gave Boreham a half time lead at Manford Way but Alfie Ndlovu snatched a second equaliser.

St. Cleres Reserves won 5-2 at Stock after leading 3-1 at half-time. Sheppard and Turnbul 2 each and Timkias for the Visitors. Mark Martin with the Stock goals. Tyron Fay's goal gave Shelley Royals a 1-0 win at home to Latchingdon Braintree and Brocking Reserves and Beacon Hill Rovers Reserves shared 4 goals at the break but Braintree got a second half winner. Laindon Orient Reserves and visitors E2V Tech Reserves were level a 2 apiece at the interval but Orient pulled away to win 5-2. Harley (2), Healy (2) and Neville for the winners

Premier Division
A fine win for Great Baddow at Scotia Billericay by 3-2. The visitors were 3 uo at half time, with Ed Caleno netting 2. Nicky Arnold pulled 2 goals back for Scotia, but Baddow held on. Dave Morgan missed the first minute penalty for Braintree and Bocking at Rhodesia but then scored three times to put the visitors in control. Two Adam Arkley second half goals saw Braintree to a 5-1 win. Paul turner with the Rhodesia goal. Goals from Haydon and Cox gave St. Cleres a winning start with a 2-1 win over S.F.C. Billericay. U.C.C and Little Waltham shared 4 goals at the interval, but Waltham snatched the win with the only second half goal. Spot kick's from Grant and Schultz for U.C.C. Parks, Magic and Dale for Waltham.
Division One
Hutton but Visitors Frenford Senior 'A' 2-0 with a goal in each half. Bates and Trigg their scorers. Writtle Manor went behind very early at home to AFC Cranham but goals from Collins and Jeeps put them in front at half time despite seeing a red card, the Visitors snatched a last minute equaliser. Sparta Basildon picked up a good point sharing 2 goals with their Visitors Ferrers Athletic. Tudor Hemingway with Sparta's' first half goal.
Division Two
Newcomers Academy Soccer gained their first point sharing 4 goals with Battlesbridge. Donn and Fordham for the home side, Shields and Brown for Battlesbridge. St. Margarets went down to a 3-1 defeat at White Hart Utd., Tom Worthington with a second half spot kick for the Visitors.
Division Three
Beacon Hill Rovers Reserves won 3-0 at Stock with goals from Smith, Legg and Curson. Tillingham won 3-1 at Harold Wood Reserves. Second half goals from Hubbard, Hazell and Hull.
Division Four
Paul Brown from the spot and Michael Eills saw Gt, Baddow Reserves to a 2-0 win at Mayland Phoenix. Laindon Orient beat Basildon Athletic 2-0. Ashley Blackburn and James Wilson with their goals. Chris Macormack scored all 3 of E2V Techs goals at home to White Hard Utd Reserves but the visitors also scored 3 for a point. Peter Clementon netted 2 in United Churches Brentwood's 5-1 win over Frenford Senior 'B'. Division Five

Last seasons Champions Scotia Billericay shared 4 goals at Benfleet Rangers, all of the goals in the first half. Wiley and Daniel Howett for Scotia, with Patten and Field netting for Rangers. Silver End were a goal up on half time but two second half goals from Visitors Little Waltham gave them victory. An own goal and Henry Brown for Waltham. Promoted S.F.C. won 4-2 at home to Beacon Hill Rovers in were in front twice. Dan Smith, Chris O'Kane, Martin and John Heggarty for the winners. Lewis and Ratcliffe for Rovers. Division One
Newcomers Stifford Town were one up at half time via Nick Godden but visitors Writtle Manor snatched a 2-1 in the last ten minutes through Mixture and Gove. Cassell (3), Jordan Hemmingway and Cox gave Sparta Basildon a 5-1 home win over Frenford Senior A. AFC Cranham got off to a good start with a 2-0 home win over Hutton. Nathan Berry putting them ahead in the second half after a blank opening period.
Division Two
A. goal in each half gave Felsted Rovers a winning start over White Hart United. Hawton and Layzel their scorers. Brendans and Battlesbridge ahead 2 goals at the break but Brendans ran out 2-1 winners. Beere and a Brewer penalty for the winners. Shields for the visitors. Debden Sports beat visitors Academy Soccer 5-3 with O'Brien and Faulkner scoring 2 a piece
Division Three
Plenty of defensive error saw Braintree and Bocking Reserves share 8 goals with Silver End Reserves. Braintree's goals coming from Hewitt and Argent with 2 each. Mundon Vics snatched a 3-2 win over visitors Manford Way Reserves. Tom Watson, Ian Edwards and Olly Harland for Vics.
Division Four
Laindon Orient won 7-1at home to E2V Tec after being 5-1 up at half time. Wilson (4) and Blackburn (I3) for the winners. Matt Ware with the visitors consolation. Epping and Durning shared 4 goals, Townsley and Aaron Higgs on target for Epping. Ross Deal and Danny Wiggington gave Runwell Hospital a 2-1 win over Baddow Reserves.
Division Five
A goal midway through the second half from Will Westward gave Springfield Victory over Academy Soccer Reserves. An own goal and a Jamie Lyon spot kick saw Real Maldon to a 2-0 home win over Sparta Basildon Reserves.
Division Six
Luke Wood scored 2 for E2V Tech Reserves but visitors Parkway Sports went one better for a 3-2 win. White and 2 from Steve Rogers for Parkway.
